HUGS

Forwarded by M.C
HUGS!

Hugs! A hug is an expression of caring.
When someone is down, a hug can be comforting.
When given to a pal or friend it means "you are someone I care about!"
When hugging a child, you are giving comfort that they are wanted, loved, cared for, and protected. ... same for an adult.

When you hug and hold someone you love, it is caring, it is love, it is belonging.
Telling each other, this is where we belong, in each others arms.
Comforting, feeling of security. Warmth, and a sense of peace.

When in love, a hug can be pure happiness.
A release from anything else in life that might be bothering you.
Because at that moment, when you are hugging, you are where you belong and everything is right.

Hugs

There's something in a simple hug
That always warms the heart;
It welcomes us back home
And makes it easier to part.
A hug's a way to share the joy
And sad times we go through,
Or just a way for friends to say
They like you 'cause you're you.
Hugs are meant for anyone
For whom we really care.
From your grandma to your neighbour --
Or a cuddly teddy bear.
A hug is an amazing thing --
It's just the perfect way
To show the love we're feeling
But can't find the words to say.
It's funny how a little hug
Makes everyone feel good;
In every place and language,
It's always understood.
And hugs don't need equipment,
Special batteries or parts -
Just open up your arms
And open up your hearts.

Hugs

Hugs are nice
Hugs are ways to
break the ice.
If you send me a hug
You won't regret
I'll hug you back
A hug is just a way to say...
I love you in a special way,
When you shed a tender tear
A hug is sure to be near.
When you're trembling in fear.
A hug will come from someone dear.
A new beginning to an endless day
A ray of hope to light your way.
Take a hug and pass it on
Don't save them up it can't be done.
Share them whenever you can.

Grandmother Hugs

Grandmother hugs and Grandmother kisses,
Hot oven cookies and holiday wishes,
Attics with treasures of children grown old,
Stories of magic and princes so bold,
Oceans of patience and rainbows of love,
A bright ray of sunshine sent from above,
You stirred my childhood with rich, golden days,
Touching my life in so many ways.
When shadows are dark,
I reach through the night,
The love of a Grandmother shines like a light.
